I pay extra attention to the packaging. However, shipping can sometimes cause flowers / foliage to lose their shapes. Please don’t be afraid to use your fingers and gently pull each petal / leaf back out until you have opened the flower back out.

You can also use a slim hair straightener, on a medium heat, and gently use the tip / corner of the hair straightener, to either, flatten, or curl your petals into the desired shape of your flower.

PLEASE DO NOT water your felt flowers! However, if you spill water on your flowers, use a dry cloth to pat dry the flowers. Leave in a warm dry place until completely dry. You may find that that the flower/s lose its shape. If this happens, simply use your hands / fingers to fold / bend the petals back to their original shape.

Yes, of course! We are happy to send your order to someone as a gift. We give you as much reassurance as we can that your gift is packaged and presented with love and attention. If you would like to add a message to the recipient, please leave a note when you check out. There will be no invoice included in the package.

Mini stems are approximately 20cm long from the tip of flower to the bottom of the stem. We created this size to make it easier to decorate in a small space or give it as a petite gift.

The most of standard flowers are 30cm long. Lavenders and Daisy are 25cm approximately.

All mini stems are indicated “Mini” as a product title.

If the flower is well taken care of and kept away from direct light and moisture, it can last for years. I use the wool blended felt to create my flowers, so as to reduce the possibility fading.

The flower and often the leaves are built around wire and so you can gently shape the wire stem, leaves and the flowerhead to the position you would like the most.

Of course! The standard stems are made at approximately 25-30 cm, and the mini stems are 20cm long from the base of the bud. If you have a size you need, please let us know and we’d be happy to cut to size before we send.

Artificial flower stems are a bit more difficult to cut. If you want to do it yourself, use a tool which can cut wire. We do advise that no children should be allowed to cut the stems of flowers.

We try to dispatch the orders as soon as we can. The processing time is currently 5-7 days after confirming the order. All the orders are sent by Royal Mail unless it’s arranged by customers. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss delivery times if required.

• International Orders – International Tracked & Signed Delivery takes on average 10-20 working days to European locations and 10-14 working days to everywhere else. This service has a full tracking function in most areas. This service needs a signature upon delivery.
