DELIVERY
Unless otherwise communicated at time of transaction, all items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date the order is placed. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from non-delivery.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS
All orders will be shipped using the Royal Mail postal service. Any additional charges incurred in the event of such change must be paid for in full by the customer at time of order being placed.
For orders where the destination requires additional charges imposed by the destination country’s postal service, postage and packaging cost will be handled on an individual basis.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
If on delivery, goods are found to be defective then we must be notified in writing within 14 days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted.
‘Custom’ orders require full payment prior to production commencing for the order. ‘Custom’ orders are non refundable or exchangeable as the garment will be made to your specification.
RETURN & EXCHANGE FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products/PDF downloads are available for purchase. These items will be available to download immediately after full payment is received. Due to the nature of these products please note that they are not refundable or exchangeable.
PAYMENT AND TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment by Credit card and Paypal. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
